18th December
Made good efforts on our packing today, and were free to take the family out to a Christmas dinner, as we are not in our own home at the moment we had better make some effort to celebrate with us picking up the tab, but a good time was had at the local Premier Inn, Lisa brought along her new man friend bit old to say boyfriend as they are both in their forties!! God that makes me feel so old, so there were 10 of us altogether Karen and Paul, Lisa and Andrew, and the 4 Grandchildren to keep us entertained, which they did with their usual mild bickering, and winding each other up

Snow in the UK
December 17th
The UK has come to a standstill due to heavy snowfall, why are we never prepared, its really weird to see snow on the beaches, can this be anything to do with global warming, i don't think so.
